When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days.

Once your order has been packed and sent on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we only ship within the UK.

As a small family-run business we're focusing on getting things right at home first, but we'd love to ship further afield in the future.

How do your products fit?

Our garments are designed with comfort in mind.

If you're between sizes and prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.

Can I return my order?

Yes.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided items are unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're only human, and mistakes can occasionally happen.

Who are Nostalgic Rays?

Nostalgic Rays was created from a love of family adventures, beach days, campsite evenings and the moments that stay with us long after they've passed.

We're inspired by the good old days and believe the best memories are often the simplest ones.

Do you include stickers with orders?

For our launch, the first orders will receive a free Nostalgic Rays sticker as a thank you for supporting our small business.

Sticker packs are also available separately while stocks last.
