Refund policy

We hope you love your Nostalgic Rays pieces made for slow days, fresh air and making proper memories. But if something’s not quite right, don’t worry, we’ll get it sorted for you.

Returns
You’ve got 30 days from the day your order arrives to send anything back.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In their original condition

• Returned with original packaging

Return Postage
We’d love to be able to offer free returns, and it’s something we hope to do in the future as we grow but for now, as a small startup, we kindly ask customers to cover the cost of return postage. 

We recommend using a tracked service, just to be on the safe side, as we can’t take responsibility for items lost on their way back to us.

How to Start a Return

Include:

• your order number

• the item(s) you’d like to return

We’ll get back to you within 1–2 working days with everything you need.

Refunds
Once your return lands back with us and we’ve checked it over, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 working days.Refunds will go back to your original payment method. Delivery costs aren’t refundable unless your item arrives faulty.

Faulty Items
If anything turns up not quite right, let us know as soon as you can and we’ll put it right.
